Glastonbury
Glastonbury
A vibrant, flowing interpretation of the sacred landscape of Glastonbury, inspired by the contour lines of the area. At its heart, the iconic Glastonbury Tor emerges in the lower right quadrant, anchoring the composition in its rich spiritual and historical significance. The festival’s deep-rooted legacy is reflected in the bold, psychedelic palette, a nod to the free-spirited 1970s era when it all began. Rings of acrylic paint trace the undulating topography, while touches of metallic gold add a luminous quality, echoing the mystical energy of this legendary site.
The artwork measures 80 x 60 cm and was completed in 2024.
