St Ives

St Ives captures the essence of this beloved Cornish destination through the language of contour lines.  The painting traces the unique shape of the coastline and the rise and fall of the land, rendered in a soft, beachy palette.  Sanded areas add a touch of weathered texture, echoing the sea-worn landscape.

The artwork measures 62 x 45 cm and was completed in 2024.
