Taunton

A portrait of the artist's hometown, capturing the unique geography of Taunton, nestled amidst the rolling Quantock and Blackdown Hills.  The River Tone winds its way through the centre, while the surrounding hills are depicted through layered contour lines, their greens contrasting with the dotted texture representing the town's urban core – all the elements that make up it's infrastructure and population.

The artwork measures 80 x 60 cm and was completed in 2024.
